What if I fall off the board?

Adventure = LIFE, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, or claims of any kind that may occur as a result of the use or misuse of our products.

You agree that proper use, supervision, and safety precautions are solely your responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring all users wear appropriate personal flotation devices, understand how to operate the paddleboard safely, and are capable of participating in water activities. Adult supervision is required at all times when minors are using the product.

Adventure = LIFE is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper inflation, overloading, failure to follow instructions, lack of supervision, unsafe water conditions, weather changes, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.

By purchasing or using this product, you release, waive, and discharge Adventure = LIFE from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the product, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By submitting, sharing, tagging, mentioning, or otherwise providing photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content to Adventure = LIFE, including through social media platforms, email, text message, website submissions, or direct messages, you grant Adventure = LIFE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content.

This includes, but is not limited to, use in marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and other promotional or commercial purposes, in any format now known or later developed.

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content you submit or have permission from all individuals appearing in the content to grant this license. You further acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of such content.
